but, what you can do it sit her down somewhere, and tell her flat out. no funny buisness. but, make yourself have a sweet side on it. dont hurt her feelings. just tell her,
"Friend, I want you to know that i still like ______, and i think that it is very rude of you to go and brag and flirt with him in front of my face. I hope you understand and respect my request. Please stop."
then, walk away without giving her a chance to respond.
